Is Conflict Managing Your Business? Seminar

Join me next week at my seminar, “Is Conflict Managing Your Business?”

Tuesday, Nov 13, 2012 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Hodges University, Ft. Myers

Conflict is a part of all of our lives. It is impossible to live and work with others without having conflict at least from time to time. We are all diverse in our background, beliefs, and values. We are also diverse in our people skills and abilities to communicate, and our world is becoming even more diverse each day. It is this diversity that is making conflict even more commonplace.

From this workshop, participants will understand how they can improve their conflict management and negotiation skills. Participants will learn not only how to improve their personal skills over time; they will also learn strategies that they can immediately apply to manage conflict.

Please contact Mandy Goldenberg at (239) 598-6143 or mgoldenberg@hodges.edu to register for this free event on the Fort Myers Campus.
